"I am sharing the whole story as this is a fully unfolded manifestation after 40 years of being a victim. And to show you that everything can be changed, also physical appearance! I had an eating disorder all my life to distract myself from the rejection pain caused by my mom, which started at the age of 4. Once I overcame the disorder about a year ago, I began to lose weight. I used to be obese as a form of passive aggression to myself as I felt not good enough based on my childhood wounds. But I never could lose the total weight even though I have a lifestyle company & I am a nutritionist to athletes so I know well how to do it.
